We celebrate!

Our AP19 won the prize of the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic in the CEEP 2016 nationwide competition in category A – buildings.

The jury’s statement pleased us very much:

“We appreciate the reconstruction of the building from the end of the 19th century into a low-energy standard and the use of modern thermal insulation systems that improve the esthetic value of the historic building. The reconstructed building is, thanks to its thermal technical parameters, quite comparable to the current new buildings while preserving the original architectural character.”

We are proud of the prize and also, we feel great satisfaction for the hard work we have done over last four years. We wanted to create an object in the Ore Mountains, which will be as close as possible to the beautiful nature and local history. We have tried to combine new technologies with old master’s work and reach a low-energy standard. What we finally succeeded in.

What else to add… Our Apartments are like a child about which is still needed care and invent new fun stuff. We look forward to further upgrading and innovation. In the next year, for example, our garden or wine cellar is getting better.
